Join us for a hands-on introductory workshop using Acrylics (Heavy Body, Fluid, Mat, Ink), Gessos and mediums by Holbein along with Legion Paper including Stonehenge Aqua Paper Line featuring both the White and Black Paper in cold press and hot press as well as Yupo White Paper.
Brand Ambassador and Art Instructor Leslie Lienau will give a hands on demonstration to show participants techniques with the variety of Acrylics and mediums Holbein has to offer with Legion Paper and General Pencil.
All materials will be provided for this workshop.
This is a FREE workshop, participants will receive a $10.00 Artisan Santa Fe Voucher at the end of the workshop.

Medium: Acrylics (Heavy Body, Fluid, Mat, Ink) Gessos, and mediums by Holbein
Materials provided for workshop: Legion will provide sample packs with their Stonehenge Aqua paper line featuring both the White and Black Paper in hot press and cold press as well as Yupo White Paper. Generals will send little packets of soap, charcoal pencils, eraser and a pencil sharpener.

Artist Statement:
Leslie Lienau is a Brand Ambassador for Holbein as well as the Holbein Social Media Coordinator.
Leslie studied academic drawing and painting under Ted Seth Jacobs at his school Ecole Albert DeFois in Central France. Other instructors who have influenced Leslie are Anthony Ryder of The Ryder School in Santa Fe and Jacob Collins, founder of The Grand Central Academy in NYC. Leslie has received numerous awards for her pastel drawings and her work is in both private and public collections. Leslie has been teaching drawing and painting for over 25 years and is the founder The Oklahoma Academy of Classical Art, a private studio school in Edmond, OK where she taught drawing and painting in the classical tradition to both children and adults.
