The collage workshop is a 3 hour mixed media class, focusing on the use of printed material combined with acrylic paint, pencil or other mediums.
We will plan and create a cohesive piece of art that will not have a “collage” feel, but rather, look like a finished painting. This course will expand creativity and give the student the knowledge to make beautiful finished art without the need for drawing or painting skills. I will bring several magazines for cutting out images.
Every level is welcome. No painting skill is required for this workshop.
Cheryl’s teaching style is gentle and non intimidating. She seeks to build confidence in the inexperienced painter.
